• • AI-assisted stock analysis via Ask Rich

Nothing on this platform constitutes:

• • A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security
• • An offer or solicitation to invest
• • A guarantee of future performance

All investment decisions are solely your responsibility. Past performance is not indicative of future results. All investments carry risk, including the potential loss of principal. Always conduct your own research and consult with a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

RichSense is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• • All activity that occurs under your account
• • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Subscription and Billing

• • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• • Cancel anytime with no penalty
• • Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase
• • Payments processed securely via Stripe

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• • Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the platform
• • Redistribute, resell, or republish our analysis and recommendations
• • Manipulate or attempt to manipulate market prices using our data
• • Impersonate another person or entity
• • Use the platform to facilitate insider trading or market manipulation

7. Intellectual Property

All content, analysis, scoring models, and algorithms on RichSense are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Data and Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that:

• • Stock prices are real-time or error-free
• • Scoring models will predict future performance
• • All information is complete or current
• • Third-party data sources (Finnhub, Alpha Vantage) are always available

Market data may be delayed. Always verify critical information with your brokerage.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RichSense shall not be liable for:

• • Any investment losses or damages resulting from use of our platform
• • Inaccurate or delayed market data
• • Service interruptions or technical failures
• • Actions taken based on our analysis or recommendations
• • Third-party service failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RichSense, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Wilmington, Delaware.
